FAQ
Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
What does an evaluation look like?
Every 45-minute evaluation includes a detailed orthopedic assessment and a full-body movement screen to identify the root cause of your pain—not just the symptoms.
You’ll also receive hands-on treatment during your first visit to ensure we can create meaningful change and confirm that AMB is the right fit for you.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear, personalized plan outlining recommended visit frequency, targeted exercises with video guidance, and direct access to your therapist for ongoing support between sessions.
How is AMB different?
At Advanced Movement + Balance in Phoenixville, PA, we are a cash-based practice, which means your care is not dictated by insurance limitations. Instead of rushed, high-volume sessions, you receive true one-on-one attention with a focus on quality over quantity.
We go beyond treating symptoms by identifying the root cause of your pain through detailed assessments and movement analysis. This allows us to create a highly personalized plan tailored to your goals, whether that’s returning to workouts, running, or daily activities without pain.
You’ll also receive hands-on treatment, targeted exercise progressions, and ongoing support between sessions—so you’re not left guessing what to do on your own. The result is more efficient care, fewer unnecessary visits, and long-term results instead of temporary relief.
